Lisa has been my personal trainer for many years. She has helped me challenge myself to get in shape for adventures races, mountain biking as well as ice hockey. She was an integral part in my rehab after breast cancer years ago. She laid out a plan to maintain my strength and mobility, as well as mental health with support and encouragement through many ups and downs. 
 
She put me in touch with amazing naturopathic doctors who helped me through my radiation treatments. Lisa also helped my wife maintain strength and fitness for kayak adventures and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I would refer any friends, family and teammates to Lisa. She’s the best!!!
