One to one training
Achieve your fitness goals with training customized to you—whether you want to excel in the sports you love, improve overall fitness, or address specific challenges. With my approach, you’ll learn how to train effectively for lifelong benefits.

Two to one training
Get moving together. Build fitness alongside a partner with personalized training for two. Perfect if you thrive on shared motivation and a little friendly competition.

Small group sessions
Up to six participants, one goal: exceptional results. Your group’s program will sharpen specific skills or build fitness together, guided by an experienced trainer with expertise working with elite athletes—and fitness newcomers.

Mental Performance Coaching
Mental performance coaching can help you develop the focus, confidence, and resilience to perform at your best.
Lisa has been an excellent trainer and health advisor for many years. She has provided fitness expertise for me personally, for both my daughters’ softball and hockey teams, and for my aging mother.
Her depth of knowledge and personal approach has improved our Physical and Mental Health immensely.
One to one training
One to one personalized fitness, just for you
From $95 per SESSION
One to one coaching is ideal if you want a more personal approach to your training. Together, we’ll work on safe, effective training to get the results you want.
When you’re new to fitness training or returning after being away from a fitness routine, one to one is a great way to build confidence, learn good training habits, and get the most out of every session.

Detailed assessment: I start by assessing your movement patterns and fitness level, which helps us understand what may be holding you back from achieving optimal fitness.

Customized exercise programs: We develop results-oriented workouts tailored to your individual needs and limitations. And then we work together to make sure you’re exercising with safe and effective technique.
- Accountability and support: Regular check-ins, progress tracking, and encouragement to stay on track.

Additional resources: When you need other experts, such as massage therapists, nutritionists, or physiotherapists, I can recommend trusted professionals.

Two-to-one training
Train with a partner and work together
From $65 per person
Two-to-one training—that’s you and your workout partner, training with me—combines the benefits of one-to-one coaching with the support of having a friend along for the fun. Working together can boost motivation, add friendly competition, and help both of you stay accountable. You’ll also learn from each other while progressing toward your individual goals.
As with one-to-one training, we’ll start with a detailed fitness assessment and then very quickly get both of you moving, exercising, and improving your fitness.
- Personalized training: I’ll develop a program of targeted exercises that you can do together, with adjustments for each person’s individual needs and fitness level.
- Accountability and motivation: Stay committed with a partner to push you to reach your goals.
- Shared learning: Improve technique and performance by learning from each other.
Whether you’re training with a friend, teammate, or partner, two-to-one coaching makes every session more engaging and effective.

Whether you’re part of a team or a small group of individuals with shared goals, I provide small group training in a supportive, dynamic environment to elevate your performance.

Mental Performance Coaching strengthens the mental side of your approach to fitness. Together, we’ll build the focus, confidence, and resilience you need to perform at your best—whether in sport, training, or other high-pressure environments.
With the right strategies, you can improve consistency, overcome performance anxiety, and break through mental barriers. The techniques I teach provide practical tools to help you stay composed, motivated, and in control.
Because mental performance is key to fitness success, I incorporate these principles into all my training. But if you want to focus more deeply on this area, we can develop a targeted program to meet your needs.
